At Gigi’s Finest Hair Extensions, we custom blend colors and textures to suit each individual customer, therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Orders CAN NOT be canceled or changed once they have been submitted to our automated system.
Payment Options and Policy
All major credit cards and PayPal accounts are accepted. For customer protection due to online fraud we ship only to the billing address and name on credit card. Our system will deny your order if the exact billing address is not provided.
Order Policy
Orders placed before 3pm Eastern Time will be shipped out the same day. Due to our automated system, once orders have been submitted we can not add or make any changes. If you need to add you will be required to submit a new order.
Shipping & Handling
We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Call us for rates or visit USPS for more info. The shipping fees depend on zip code and weight of package. Customers are liable for returned postage charge if the package is returned unclaimed.
Theft & Fraud Policy
Credit Card fraud or theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted. Non-payment of orders due to credit card disputes will be sent to collections and/or prosecuted.
